Watch your body shift gears.
Fastward is a clean, private fasting timer that shows you the metabolic phases you move through — ketosis, autophagy, and more — as the clock runs.
No spam — just one email the day we launch.
More than a fasting timer
A live progress ring, the metabolic science behind every hour, and a journal of every fast — all in one private app.
A timer that counts every second
A real-time HH:MM:SS ring fills toward your target — 16h, 24h, 48h, or a custom window. Blow past your goal and it keeps counting, so you always know exactly where you stand.
Know exactly what your body is doing
As the clock runs, Fastward walks you from your first fed hours through glycogen tapping, the metabolic switch, ketosis, autophagy and deep restorative fasting — eleven phases in all, each with a plain-language explainer.
Notes & history that stick
Log coffee, water, or how you feel mid-fast — right from the live timer. Every fast is saved with stats, streaks, and your longest run, so you can see your progress over time.
No ads, ever
We sell an app, not your attention. No banners, no tracking, no noise.
Clean & simple
A calm, distraction-free interface built around one thing — your fast.
Private & offline-first
Works fully offline. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to sync.

When does Fastward launch?
We’re aiming to launch before September 2026. Join the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know — we’ll send a single email the day it’s live on the App Store.
Which devices does it work on?
Fastward is built for iPhone and launches on the App Store first. There’s no Android or web version yet.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. Fastward works fully offline with no account required — your fasts live on your device. Signing in is optional, only if you want to sync across devices.
Is there a free version?
Yes. You can track and save your first 5 fasts free — enough to get a real feel for it. When you’re ready, a one-time $14.99 purchase unlocks unlimited history and everything else, for life.
Is it really a one-time purchase?
Yes. $14.99 once and Fastward is yours for life — no subscription, no recurring charges, and no features locked behind a “premium” paywall.
